FAQ

Q: I work part-time, how would I code my time on days I am not in the office?

A: The first question on everyone's survey will be "Is this random moment within your normal working hours?" If you are a part-time employee, you would pick "No"
for this question on the days you are not in the office and end the survey. If you are on vacation, taking a sick day, scheduled time off, or any situation during your normal working hours, then you would pick "Yes" for this question and continue with the survey. It is important to answer all surveys even if you are only selecting that it was received outside of your normal working hours.

Q. When conducting outreach, sometimes it is with multiple individuals providing information about a number of programs. What outreach code would I choose.   If the conversation focuses more on Medicaid related activities at one time and 5 might have Medicaid while 5 don't. How do you code the time with multiple people?

A. If the conversation focuses more on Medicaid related programs than non Medicaid you would choose Code 1a- Medicaid. In general, you would code based on what time the survey came in under and if it is still unclear go with the majority of what your activities were focused on.

Q. Can we pick more than one code at a time?

A. No. You can only pick one code for each survey. Remember to think of what you were doing at the time the email comes in.
